Kupa Pub
Amasra Center · $$
An all-seasons pub on the shore of Küçük Liman. Cosy interior in winter, open garden with cool Black Sea breezes in summer. Amasra's favourite evening meeting spot.
Amasra’s Year-Round Meeting Point
Kupa Pub, on the shore of the Small Harbour (Küçük Liman), stays open all year and is one of the places Amasra turns to in the evening. Unlike the seaside bars that overflow in the tourist season and then close, Kupa Pub keeps its doors open through the winter too — sitting indoors with a hot drink while snow falls is an experience of its own.
Two seasons, two moods
Winter and spring: In the warm wooden interior you can spend hours watching the winter sea pass by the window. Since far fewer people come to Amasra in winter, the atmosphere is quieter and more familiar.
Summer: In the open garden on the shore of the Small Harbour, an evening spent in the cool Black Sea breeze and the smell of the sea. Live music events are also held during the summer season.
From the menu
Kupa Pub serves drinks, a range of beers and things to nibble on. It is not a full restaurant, but the menu does include simple cold appetisers and meze.
Location
It sits on Küçük Liman Caddesi. With many fish restaurants within walking distance of the harbour, moving on to Kupa Pub after dinner has become a common Amasra routine.
For reservations, WhatsApp or a phone call is enough.
