- Reservation and contact forms: full name, phone, email (optional), check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and your message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information (user-agent), used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Cookies: Google Analytics cookies for visit statistics.
3. Purposes of Processing
- To forward your reservation and information requests to the relevant business and to respond to you,
- To answer your contact requests,
- To measure and improve service quality (anonymous statistics),
- To prevent form abuse and spam.
4. Data Sharing
Your personal data is shared only in the following cases and only to the extent necessary:
- The relevant business: when you send a reservation/information request for a business, your request is forwarded to that business.
- Notification services: WhatsApp notification service (CallMeBot) and Telegram may be used to deliver your request to the business.
- Google Analytics: Google's analytics service is used for anonymous usage statistics.
Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Reservation and contact requests are stored in a secure database for as long as the service requires and are deleted when the purpose no longer applies. All transfers are encrypted via HTTPS.
6. Cookies
Our site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visit statistics. You can refuse or delete cookies from your browser settings; the core functions of the site will continue to work.
7. Your Rights
